Such thoughtful and medically focused expertise from Naresh treating my Mother. My mum had a hip fracture and had replacement surgery - physio on the NHS was slow and infrequent. I was treated by Naresh for Achilles tendinitis and had an excellent experience. The diagnosis was spot-on, and the advice on pain management was incredibly helpful. I was given useful guidance on footwear and insoles, along with a graduated exercise programme that improved my condition significantly. I am now able to work out in the gym with negligible or only occasional pain. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family - you are in safe hands.

Excellent physio. I was sent to see Naresh by my insurance after a car crash. Whilst receiving treatment, we discussed my 20-year-old daughter, who had been suffering from a hip issue for three years, preventing her from walking properly or taking part in sport. Even getting off the sofa was hard work. We had seen countless GPs, two physiotherapists and attended hospital, but previous treatments had effectively made the issue worse. Naresh asked her to come in for an assessment. He diagnosed what he thought the issue was, fully explained why the problem was not simply where the pain was located, and set to work helping her recover. We are now three weeks into treatment and the progress my daughter has made is incredible. She is walking normally, is no longer in pain and is hoping to return to sport in the next couple of weeks.
